Thomas Sizemore, being first duly sworn, deposes and says:

My name is Thomas Sizemore; I am sixty-eight years of age, and I reside at Lamar Co., Ala. and have lived there all my life.    I know Mr. Daniel Sizemore present, who is my brother. I heard the questions asked him and they  answer given are in substance true and correct.
