W. H Sizemore, being first duly sworn, deposes and says:--
My name is Wm. H. Sizemore I live at Eva, Ala. I was born in 1849 in Benton Co., Ala. I claim through my father and his father. My father died in 1854-55 and was betwen 40 and 50 years old. He was born in S.C. I suppose. He came from there, so he was probably born there.
I never heard of Ned Sizemore until my witnesses told me. My grandfather was Ned Sizemore. The witnesses I had when I was getting up my claim said that my grandfather was Ned Sizemore. They said that he came from S.C. Ned Sizemore may have been my great grandfather. I had an uncle by the name of Ephraim Sizemore, and a cousin by that name. I had an uncle Henry Sizemore. He had a daughter who they called Dude, a son Hamp.
I only claim through Old Ned Sizemore.
