By the decree of the Supreme Court of the United States of April 30, 1906   Eastern Cherokee Indians who have become Citizens are to share equal Per Capita with the Eastern Cherokees of N.C. in this fund.   I accept that Decree and ask enrollment thereunder.

Personally appeared before me  G.W. Finley   and   John Wiles  , who being duly sworn, on oath depose and say that they are well acquainted with   Rebecka Wilcox   who makes the foregoing application and statement, and have known   her   for   20   years and   20   years, respectively and know   her   to be the identical person   she   represents   herself   to be, and that the statements made by   her   are true, to the best of their knowledge and beliefs, and they have no interest whatever in   her   claim.
